About Bernadette Sherlock

My history shows that I have experience in a number of fields, I credit this to a desire to learn new things, expand my knowledge and not being afraid to take on new challenges. My approach to life is ‘tackle everything’, if you don't know a lot about the task you will soon learn it and excel. I have a preference for finding ways to improve on ideas and processes and develop methods to improve efficiencies, saving time, resources and creating exceptional customer experiences. This is fuelled by an optimistic attitude and keen eye for analysing what will come of a process and best action for future results. I embrace change, see it as an opportunity to learn new skills. With a playful attitude and a hankering for a little bit of fun, I like to pay it forward, share the knowledge and contribute to or develop a positive culture within my workplace.
