Assist the head of the Economics Department as well as the head of the Accounting, Finance, and Business Law Department. I Perform office support tasks such as filing, sorting, copying, greeting visitors, and assisting the department staff with other duties as assigned.

Set daily sales goals and coach team members that are not meeting expectations.Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed including cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention procedures; Initiate cash audits, perform surveillance audits, and track over/shorts for the department.Ensure team members are providing World Class Service; recognizing / rewarding above standard behavior, coaching / disciplining those not meeting expectations, resolving immediate guest concerns, investigating and providing recommendations to correct reoccurring guest service issuesManage inventory levels by completing daily stocking tasks; placing all warehouse orders nightly, manage damage levels of product, and track/input all product movement from location to location.
