Bernadette Dookram is a Director of Client Services having built on her experience as Client Service Consultant and as a Manager of Consulting at Medgate. Bernadette is positioned perfectly to understand the needs of Medgate’s dynamic client portfolio. In her new role Bernadette is directly responsible for overall satisfaction of existing customers. As lead for the Medgate Customer Support Teams (Helpdesk and Success Team) she communicates with both clients and senior management to ensure client satisfaction is achieved.Bernadette is committed to maintaining Medgate’s reputation for quality and contributes to the company’s mission statement by playing a key role in driving process improvements throughout the Medgate organization. Prior to joining Medgate, Bernadette was employed at a major natural gas company in Canada as a Business Analyst for 6 years where she worked on several Customer Information System projects and also held positions as training developer and QA team lead for two years.
