• Conducts comprehensive research to identify optimal product matches and presents clients with lender options tailored to their specific requirements and objectives.• Ensures applications align with lender policies by collaborating with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and contacting credit hotlines as needed.• Manages various scenarios, including First Home Buyers, Refinances, Equity Releases, and Investors, for both PAYG and Self-Employed clients (Full Doc & Lo Doc), with experience handling foreign income & SMSF scenarios.• Utilizes serviceability calculators such as Quickli and lender servicing calculators to assess borrowing capacity.• Proactively communicates with clients in the absence of the broker, providing guidance on lender options and assisting with appointment bookings.• Prepares loan notes, funding positions, and application wizards, coordinates valuation and pricing orders before handing over the files to the applications team and provides continuous support until formal approval.• Offers ongoing support to existing clients by conducting rate reviews, exploring refinance options, and identifying opportunities for new purchases.

• Looks after semi-complex to complex files / application when necessary (e.g self-employed, Trust applicant & SMSF deals)• Workshops client’s scenarios / policy checking with several lenders through credit team or BDMs.• Completes serviceability, credit report, and funding position checks; Recommends alternative solutions for tight / failing serviceability deals.• Reviews lender requirements on certain scenarios and prepares list of requirements to proceed with submission.• Renames and reviews supporting documents and verifies supporting documents to ensure all information are correct• Reviews bank and transaction statements to ensure no flagging history or undisclosed debts.• Completes Data Entry in Podium/MyCRM and ApplyOnline/Simpology and other lender CRM such as Firstmac Application Wizard, Liberty’s Loan Net for SMSF Loans• Orders Valuation and Pricing• Completes necessary Compliance Documents such as Statement of Credit Assistance/ Game Plan• Calls lenders to confirm status updates, SLA, etc and liaises with assessors, broker support, and BDMs, to discuss incorrect conditions, servicing issues, request for exceptions, escalation requests, and other outstanding item and assessment concerns• Assists team members on overall loan processing workflow and concerns.• Ensures compliance of mandatory Credit and lender policies are in place• Provides quality assurance checks on applications prior to submission

- Assists in the preparation, assessment and submission of home loan application in Mercury and Apply Online- Looks after semi-complex to complex files / application when necessary (e.g self-employed, Trust applicant & SMSF deals)- Provide solutions to structure and servicing issues before application goes to the lender.- Liasing with clients, brokers and lenders to finalise loan application- Orders Valuation and Pricing- Completes necessary Compliance Documents- Monitors daily reviews/application and prepares daily report- Provide quality assurance checks on applications prior to submission- Completes training to new team members

-Provides support to various areas of the Business in the administration and processing of Australian loan applications by actioning various tasks to ensure timely processing. -Assists in the undertaking of employment checks for home loan applications -Actions various jobs from the company’s workflow system when required, in priority order, and make appropriate history comments as necessary -Actions incoming faxes, emails and documents as and when required, including loading any new loan applications into the system-Orders Valuations of Security properties and follow up delays if necessary
