The Inspiring Women Collaborative Cafe' utilizes "Cafe Conversations" to help women connect at a deeper level thereby creating the ability to use our collective wisdom, collective knowledge and collective support towards making a difference in their lives, those of their families and the communities in which they live.

Facilitating 3-day workshops teaching Human Performance Improvement (HPI) courses to prepare participants for ASTD HPI certification.

Developed and managed the performance improvement vision and strategy for the organization in alignment with strategy and organizational initiatives. Continually improved the performance of the organization’s human capital by developing and implementing organizational effectiveness programs to align the workforce and key business initiatives through the use of Human Performance Technology interventions. As a Strategic Focus Team member, was responsible for the effective and successful implementation, modification and communication of the organizational strategy including a balanced forecast.
