Hi, I’m Bernadette Smith, now known as Thrivalist Bee, I joined the Thrivalist™ Life Coach Team in July 2022, with 40+ years of experience, 25 of which in Caltex & Chevron Corporate Human Resource, Training, Consulting & Coaching. As a Learning & Development Advisor for Africa and The Middle East, I have trained individuals in Supervisory, Leadership & Interview Skills, to name a few. As Chevron Coordinator for Staffing and Wellness Downstream and I was responsible for the development and management of the company’s Recruitment Strategy, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Fit for Duty Process. Health & Wellness: In my capacity as Health & Wellness Coordinator I represent the company at the Employee Assistance Roundtable (EAR) and Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA) Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, U.S.A.
