Within this team and target-driven environment, I have to communicate and collaborate with others to ensure profiles are done to the highest quality.I have to ensure that all the necessary steps are completed as per agreed standards and quality and according to the various checklists. If needed, I have to source any missing information, be it from the client or any other online resources. There are times when I have the bare minimum, and with this and my experience, I have to create a profile from scratch for the client.I rewrite and edit information that is provided by the client according to our and the style guides of major platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and Property Management Systems, for example, Innkeeper and Semper. I also have to ensure that the text matches the photos to ensure we are not falsely advertising.Once a profile setup is completed, it has to be submitted for a quality control check, and should anything be added or changed, I would have to see to those changes.While working on a setup and even thereafter, all communication with clients has to be reported via an internal system, and you need to have good administration skills to help keep track of things.Within this role, I have to be very adaptable, as systems and procedures are regularly changed to ensure a seamless process within the various departments and for our clients.This is a new department, and when it started, I assisted in creating checklists and templates to make the tasks easier where possible.As a basic firefighter, I am assisting in recreating the health and safety checklist for our new office and making sure our office is compliant and everything is in place in case of an emergency.
