Ministry Leader at Springfield Baptist Church Conyers GA, my purpose is to help others find their purpose. l have a passion for seeing people become rooted and growing into mature emotionally intelligent devoted disciples. I have identified, trained, and developed intercessory leaders for effective ministry, as well as support and facilitate our Grief ministry. My relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior through a life of devotion, prayer, and obedience helps me serve . I have am public speaker, an instructor, a small group leader, and a domestic violence advocate, sharing my views and insights on current topics and issues affecting women and the community.I have served as an Academic Advisor, Retention Specialist Academic Coach , Testing Specialist and Instructor.I help students achieve their academic goals and overcome their challenges by providing them with personalized guidance, support, and resources. I have prepared registration materials, advised students on academic requirements, assisted with financial aid processes, and served as a liaison between faculty, staff, and students involved in degree programming. I have also demonstrated proficiency in using Banner, Degreeworks, and Navigate early alert systems to monitor and support student progress and success., I
