• Establish purchase specifications with related departments• Sourcing for supplier and get quotation in according to Company's process• Comparison, negotiation of products quality and pricing• Preparation of purchase document (PO) and issue of PO• Follow up delivery schedules and work closely with production departments • Handling complain (quantity, quality, delivery, insurance, etc)• Manage of suppliers/ vendors management issues• Process to maintain a good purchasing procedures

• Searching vendor with the best price & the best credit term (base on standard procedure)• Ask for manual approval about the vendor, payment term & price before convert PR into PO• Check and complete Purchase Order• Print the Purchase order then submit to Vendor (by email, fax or phone)• Follow up the goods delivery from vendor• Amend the Purchase Order if needed • Create Purchase Order in ERP, then the hardcopy is submitted to logistic for checking then to accounting to be posted in ERP
