• Preparation of purchase document (PO) and issue of PO
• Follow up delivery schedules and work closely with production departments
• Handling complain (quantity, quality, delivery, insurance, etc)

• Searching vendor with the best price & the best credit term (base on standard procedure)
• Ask for manual approval about the vendor, payment term & price before convert PR into PO
• Check and complete Purchase Order
• Print the Purchase order then submit to Vendor (by email, fax or phone)
• Follow up the goods delivery from vendor
• Amend the Purchase Order if needed
