ARX Investment Management LP is the manager of the ARX Global High Yield Securities Master Fund, Ltd which is a 1.3 billion dollar private investment fund whose focus is on global high yield issuers which we define as issuers with debt securities trading wider than 200 bps over Treasuries. ARX approaches the credit market as a global asset class that should be managed in a single, integrated portfolio rather than in separate product lines which is the traditional approach. Our analytical model allows us to invest, long or short, anywhere in the capital structure and to identify and capture capital structure arbitrage opportunities. As a founding partner, I have been responsible for setting up the firm and fund vehicles, managing the business aspects of the firm, serving as our in-house counsel and compliance person and, until mid-2006, heading our investor relations function; also member of the investment committee and Director of two of the ARX Funds.

Tanager is a multi-client family office provides full-service financial planning, investment management and estate planning services to individuals and families of high net worth. The firm has in excess of three billion dollars under management. At Tanager, my role was that of a relationship manager providing advice on all areas of the firm’s offerings directly to clients. In addition, served as Chief Operating Officer, Compliance Officer, Member of the Executive Committee and head of client service team during a period of dynamic growth. Tanager was acquired by Wachovia in 2004 and is now named Calibre.
