Set-up and Manage FEDCO Cocoa Farmers Association in Federated Commodities Operational and future Districts.

Key responsibilities include:-Conducting an Institutional survey of Advisory organisations engaged in promoting Conservation Agricultural Practices in the Volta Region of Ghana-Conducting a survey of smallholder farmers in the Volta Region: -Collating survey using CSPro-Among others

-Provide coordination and supervision to Assistant Extensions Manager, supervisors and Technical Officers with regards to all their key responsibilities-Design and facilitate dialogue and guide organizational development of the extension and field operational system in consultation with the Executive Secretary-Design and facilitate dialogue and guide organizational development of the extension and field operational system in consultation with the Executive Secretary-Strengthen the collaboration between CAA and KCL in the implementation of Cocoa Beans for Recovery and CAPS contribution as well as purchases-Responsible for field monitoring and charged with paying personal and frequent visits to all project areas to ascertain the progress of assigned duties; and all day-to-day operations of the CAA in the field-Ensures close working relationship with the operations manager, certification manager, monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator and other functional managers of the CAA-Provide on the spot coaching and mentoring to the supervisors and technical officers and ensure that they adhere to CAA laid down field procedures, systems and policies.-Develops wide networks with project stakeholders, third party entities with regards to CAA operations within the cocoa producing regions-Relationship management among all the field staff; and between KCL and CAA-Ensure that CAA Strategic objectives and targets are fully accomplished by providing leadership and planning and mentor all your subordinates to ensure high level of motivation, commitment capacity and teamwork-Assist supervisors and technical officers to able to report accurately as well as do all the necessary documentation required of them and provide feedback accordingly-Provide on the spot coaching and mentoring to the supervisors and technical officers and ensure that they adhere to CAA laid down field procedures, systems and policies.-Performs any other duties assigned by the executive secretar
