Bernard Bertram has been active in the real estate business for more than 25 years. Bernard’s early years in the real estate business were focused on the purchasing and management of multi-family buildings in the 5 Boroughs of New York City. Bernard built a portfolio of over 2,500 residential units and sold his entire portfolio to a residentially focused hedge fund when the market conditions were favorable.
