I feel I am well suited for any position in your establishment as I have assisted many of KZN Restco Casa’s including Drive Thru’s. I have been employed by Nando’s for the past 11 odd years and during my career with the Company have been used on odd occasions as a “relieve Area Manager” within my Cluster. This has added to my experience as I have learnt a lot from this working experience, dealing in Casa’s that have different customer profiles, dynamics etc. This working knowledge will assist me in running multiple Casa’s.I left Corporate and joined Franchise as Operations Manager for his 3 Casa’s namely Summerstrand, Metlife both in Gqeberha and King Williams Town in Qonce but left due to personal operational reasons.I enjoy the challenge of working under pressure. I pride myself with good work ethic and have a high level of creativity and excellent judgment. I have good communication skills and I am fluent in English and Afrikaans and I enjoy working with a variety of people. I feel that my strengths are having the ability to develop and motivate staff and managers. I am very honest, reliable and enjoy challenges and working towards a goal. I am a fast and eager learner and always give of my best.Nando’s has given me opportunities to climb the corporate ladder and to better myself through studies like Fire Starter, Halcyspace PTY LTD T/A LIS Hotel School and allowing me an opportunity to take on extra responsibilities in the Area Manager Role play at a stage when it was required. I am a very loyal employee and look forward to a continued career with a Brand looking for someone with my abilities.
