Train and monitor implementing partner's progress on deliverable s set out on partner fund agreement, Track and report on partner's progress, Update the Performance Monitoring Plan, Collect and document field challenges and possible solutions, Maintain hard and soft copies of data collected from the field, Support my colleagues in ensuring smooth flow of events/activities, Conduct Regular Data Verification with our implementing partners

Maintain hard/soft copies of M&E data tracked by partners and farmer groups, Train and Monitor partner M&E activities, Regularly validate and verify data reported, Maintain and regularly update CIRIS, Supervise the field secretary in appropriate CIRIS data entry support, Ensure use of appropriate units during data entry, Maintain database of partner progress for reporting, Provide support to field manager in organizing regional training and capacity building activities ( e.g. Business skills, agronomy, etc. ), Keep the field manager updated on progress towards achieving targets (indicators), Provide accurate and timely information to the M&E manager relating to the quarterly and annual reports, Take full responsibility of all data-related surveys that will be conducted in my area of operation, Develop and implement weekly work plans

Reporting on field activities, capturing the field activities using state of the art data capturing tools and keeping the field manager up to date with progress against our targets
