Key Responsibilities: 1) In charge of ALARM INC Systems & Networks in Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Sudan, Congo and Zambia.)2) Coordinating and analyzing system design and programme specifications to have an effective maintenance of ICT application in the organization. 3) Ensuring timely implementation and effective maintenance of ICT systems.4) Overall System documentation.5) Taking Charge of information and communication technology equipment maintenance. 6) Training on ICT to users.7) Setup, Configuration & Maintenance of mail servers.8) Designing Local Area Networks and Wide area Network.9) Bandwidth monitoring Customization, installation and Maintenance of systems applications and processes. 10) Backup of systems configurations and data.11) Online and Onsite technical support to country offices.12) Supervision of IT providers.13) Deployment and maintenance of security solutions.14) Evaluation of new technologies in line with Organization’s IT needs. 15) Website Development, administration and Maintenance.
