• Maintain safe and clean work environment while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. • Ensure the reporting of all accidents, unsafe actions, and conditions in an accurate and timely manner according to the established policies and procedures. Properly conduct root cause analysis and implement appropriate countermeasures.• Resolve conflicts and properly manage relationships within the assigned work group in order to prevent miscommunications between any stakeholders in the organization. • Act as a quality agent by providing instructions and work assignments to ensure proper work methods are followed.• Adhere to work center containment process flow as well as the the established quality and engineering standards defined by the Quality Manager. • Maintain workflow and completes production plan; by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results, establish priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, reporting results of the process flow regularly.• Ensure high levels of performance by analyzing operating data and practices, study appropriate work methods, define process changes and implement corrective actions. • Hold all team members accountable to comply with the expected standards of conducts by teaching, coaching, facilitating a productive work group.• Maintain professional demeanor at all times, while constantly improving leadership and supervisory skills. • Work directly and communicate effectively with Director of Operations, EHS and Maintenance Coordinator, HR, Design Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality departments.• Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.• Promote and conduct good housekeeping skills (5S).• Act ethically and socially and responsible at all times
