Developed the Teacher Education Program and had it registered in the State of Massachusetts. Administered the program annually on site and from Home Office in Massachusetts. President Pro-Tem January to March 2000.

Taught Undergraduate Courses in the Education Department, and in Continuing Studies. Taught Graduate Courses in the Graduate School.Academic Advisement.Assisted in developing Bi-Lingual Program with the Modern Foreign Languages Department.Received a Grant from IDEA Kettering to develop a Teacher Education Program to implement Individually Guided Education.Led in developing such a program in the Education Department. It was one of only two such programs in the United States at the time.In 1984 to 1986 I was director of Teacher and School Principal Accreditation at Westfield State College (now Westfield State University). The charge was to develop a joint State and National set of criteria which had up to this time had required two separate sets of data and two visits. The outcome was a successful model for joint visits thereafter.
