Created a business channel that produced 20% of company sales, grew revenues five fold, and from traditional to recurring revenue, delivered 7 straight months of profitability and reached positive cash flow. Built new management team and reduced headcount including shutting down 6 U.S. and European offices while executing and integrated a U.K. acquisition that expanded product capabilities and company’s geographic footprint. Executed exit strategy at the request of the Board that resulted in the successful sale of the company.

Founded BBS, a Bechtel Group subsidiary formed to create a shared services operation to service 1000+ JV projects that occurred on an annual basis. BBS was a fully-integrated business services venture providing IT, HR, and financial support services provided through a 300-employee transaction processing center in Arizona. As CFO, directed all functional requirements for servicing a multi-industry financing-development-ownership in support of the operational efforts to acquire new work.
