Strong Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the luxury goods and jewelry industry.Swiss resident who has spent the last forty-five years living and working in the United States and Europe; obtained diplomas from American and French Universities including a Ph.D. (doctorate 1983) from Columbia Pacific University. During the years serving in the below-mentioned senior positions, I traveled extensively, lecturing, representing, and assisting at international meetings; and gained invaluable experience in the field of administration, management of finances and of personnel, and in-service training. I have been thus appointed and am currently serving on various Governing Boards, and have been responsible for the organization of numerous conferences and seminars. Over the years, I participated in several evaluations and accreditations of schools, universities, and educational institutions in the United States, Western and Eastern Europe and Russia. I have been a member of la Conférence de l’Instruction Publique du Département de l’Instruction Publique, Genève, and also chaired the International Schools Association, an international NGO with consultative status to UNESCO and ECOSOC.In 1994, I formed my own company in Geneva (BI Conseil & Associates), specializing in the audit of corporations and educational institutions, company management and financial and human resources. I am familiar with various legislations including those particular to the USA, France, Switzerland, and Geneva.For the past twenty years, I have been consulting extensively with multinational companies and educational institutions in Europe, USA, South America, and Australia.I served as Director General of the Neuromediagroup S.A., multimedia companies providing interactive solutions in the NTIC field. Since 2014 I also serve as Chairman of the Igor Carl Fabergé Foundation in Geneva.Lastly, I have been awarded the Chevalier of National Order of Merit by the French Government; as well as the Chevalier de l’Ordre de Carl Fabergé by the Memorial Foundation of Carl Fabergé.
