Driven by a vision to create something bigger and further elevate Caribbean cuisine and culture, I moved to Los Angeles and founded Taste of the Caribbean LA, located in the heart of Hollywood. This venture allowed me to bring a taste of authentic Caribbean cuisine to the heart of the entertainment capital.Beyond the kitchen, my deep-rooted love for Caribbean culture and heritage, led me to create the Miss Caribbean LA pageant.
