Responsible for the realisation of the targets and optimisation of the financial result regarding turnover, sales volumes and margin within: the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxemburg.Activities include: • Development of yearly business plan including full year action plan;• Sales management for customers and prospects including acquisition, relationship management, contract management, pricing strategy and customer related business intelligence;• Coach and develop the sales and operational support team to the highest of standards;• Compile and analyse sales figures;• Monitor and report on relevant market developments: market size, (potential) customers, applications, legislation, competition, sales-channels;• Introduction of new products and services;• Participates in IT Service Management networks and international sales and marketing activities;• Cooperation in the global sales team as well as with other disciplines in the organisation like accreditation, customer service, information management and marketing;• Support finance to limit outstanding debt with customers.
