Hands-on experience with vehicle ECUs, Microchip Atmel-ICE, NXP Multilink, JTAG, UART, serial USB, UUU, Renesas Flash Development Toolkit, and other programmers and debuggers. Comfortable with debugging and writing unittests and integration tests. Experience with reverse engineering applications and embedded systems. Proficient with command-line utilities on Linux and Mac. Comfortable working hands-on with hardware, including Bluetooth and NFC radios, CAN-bus (UDS and J1939), AVC-LAN, Automotive Ethernet, Flexray, Rigol power supplies, relays, audio and video capture devices, soldering, etc. Experience with Yocto, Automotive Grade Linux (AGL), and QNX.Experience with Yocto BSP and NXP iMX8 SoCs. Security features like dm-crypt and dm-verity. Enabling secure boot. Enabling OP-TEE.Expertise with automation on Android and iOS devices. Experience with building custom AOSP images and flashing devices. Basic knowledge of networking and electronics. Has a proven track record of solving difficult and “impossible” problems with new and out-of-the-box solutions.
