Responsibilities Include: • Monitor and manage the workload on the TSD Desk to ensure that the work is appropriately distributed for timely investigation and resolution.• Ensure that staffing and skill levels are maintained throughout operational hours by managing shift staffing schedules.• Supervision of technicians including performance management activities.• Act as an escalation point and assist technicians in providing first-line support when workloads are high or where additional experience is required.• Produce statistical reports as directed by management.• Participate in Change Management meetings to ensure proper review and approval of changes and to ensure adequate staffing during change implementation.24X7 On call support.

Proficient in SS7 message analysis using PIC and INET protocol analyzers.• Working knowledge of IP routing protocols. • OSI protocol stack, Subnetting, VLSM, VLAN, Ethernet Networking, Layer 2 switching.• Experienced in Cisco IOS
