External roads, massive storm water drainage including effluent drainage.The sites had a component of ancillary structures to cater for residential, canteen, power house, guard houses and water reticulation (sewer and portable water)

Performed the roles of quantity surveying, estimating and contracts administrator for while working for this contractor. Very challenging but enriched my skills and capabilities.

Performed the roles of estimating and costing for all the aluminium and glass products, which included the doors, windows, ceilings and structurally glazed curtain walling. In addition submitted monthly progress valuations and final accounts.
