• Providing technical support to Faulu Kenya employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues. This includes setting up new computers, troubleshooting network connectivity problems and solving software issues.• Ensuring that Faulu Kenya IT system are operating effectively and efficiently by performing regular maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups and virus scan.• Providing training to Faulu Kenya employees on how to use various software application and IT systems as well as educating them on IT security best practices.• Maintaining accurate records of IT support requests, systems updates, and other relevant information to ensure that Faulu Kenya IT systems are well documented and organized. • Ensuring that Faulu Kenya IT system are secure by implementing security policies and procedures, conducting security audit and monitoring system for potential security breaches.• Managing relationship with external vendors and service providers to ensuring that IT systems are functioning properly and that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.• Participating in IT projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget and that they meet the needs of Faulu Kenya employees and customers.• Perform local and remote testing on equipment including running computer programs to diagnose faults from other Faulu Kenya branches.
