I started at Canadian Tire Financial Services as an NCAT Representative in September 2005 before transferring to our Corporate Customer Relations department back in 2006. Next, I worked in the Card Security Department as a Bilingual Fraud Monitor from May 2007 to October 2013. Lastly, I worked in our MAPS department balancing and reconciling our loyalty, insurance and gift card accounts. As well, I completed retrieval requests and chargeback cases.
