As someone who was diagnosed with Crohn's disease all the way back in 2011, I am more than acquainted with suffering due to health issues. My journey with Crohn's took me through a whole array of diets, from Paleo, to vegan. One of the most significant moments that reaffirmed my drive to be a health and fitness coach was when in 2022 I was working too many hours, and I neglected my sleep while eating mostly processed foods... the result was a perforation of my intestines. I could have lost my life last year. This was a monumental wake-up call. I understand what it is like to be borderline obsessed... but I also understand how quintessential it is to prioritise our health and fitness. I gave a TEDx talk regarding how important faith, devotion, and consistency saved my life.... then a few years later I almost worked myself into the grave because of inconsistency...Now I am driven to help prevent others from suffering from the same fate. I preach that we will take care of our health one way or another... Either we will do it voluntarily on our own rules, or we will do it involuntarily in a hospital. Something that is critical for me is discretion with my clients. A lot of them do not want their before and after pictures posted online; nor do they want the world to know that they are working with a health and fitness coach. I work with the principles of speed and building momentum. I understand that most of my clients come from cutthroat environments and need someone as driven and as obsessed as them to guide them.
