• Accountable for initiating, planning, execution, control & monitoring and management of port operations which include cargo operations, container operations, vessel spare supply and transportation operations.• Internal/external stakeholders engagement management to ensure project efficiency thereby ensuring client and organizational targets are met.• Responsible in all jack up oil rig movement in/out of Singapore that include feasibility study endorsed by the marine warranty, project planning approved by local authorities (MAP, CAAS, RSAF & ICA) and safe execution of towage plan within the tight environmental constrain.
