•Ensuring overall Regional middle and back-office cost are within or below yearly Operating Budget.•Oversees the following departments in each country of Operation- Operations Department- Settlements Department- Client Services team- Product Services Support- Regional Collections Department•Managing project allocation for each country of Operation.•Supports new business initiatives by Business Owners.•Review and restructure procedures for various country of Operation.

•Playing a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.•Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Middle and back-office services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions•Managing and reviewing procedures with key focus on risk management and quality control.•Oversees the following departments in Singapore-Operations Department-Settlements Department-Client Services team•Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organisation mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow, business process and organisational planning.
