I am a recent graduate from the Master of Science in Management program at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. To enrich my diverse experiences, I had three years of my undergraduate education in Ghana, with a major in Human Resource Management. The remaining year was spent at the W. P. Carey School of Business where I studied Business Communication as my undergraduate major. I have also applied my academic experiences in consulting, customer relations, finance, and health through voluntary programs, education, and advocacy efforts to train and mentor young leaders in developing countries. This passion to help the marginalized and less privileged in society made me start a mobile banking business to support high school graduates who are financially handicapped. As a creative non-fiction writer, I write on a daily basis to entertain and inspire society with an emphasis on social evils like corruption and child trafficking.Having interned with Fine Point HR as a Human Resource consultant, I learned how to leverage team synergy for greater performance, engaged in rotational leadership roles and communicated my research findings in a business professional language my clients understood.As the most influential Phase II scholar of the scholar’s community at Arizona State University for the year 2017, I lead from behind, exercise intuition creatively in problem-solving endeavors and more relationship-oriented while not neglecting timelines for Project worksCurrently, I am seeking a position in any Management related field with a preference for Human Resource Management jobs, consulting and public relation
