Ensured staff safety before, during and after operational hours by building their capacity on best practices. Worked with trucking department and ensured that resources are available to truck movement of containers to port to meet vessel opening window. Reduced overall cost of operating by 10,000 USD through in-house planning and consolidating containers per customers and per vessel. Prepared and forwarded daily gate - ins and gate- outs movement to management. Prepared and forwarded weekly performance reports (costs against revenue) to management.
