Lead a team of multidisciplinary Engineers for the coordination of programmatic operations requirements, managing operations of Canada's Mobile Servicing System (MSS) by:• Liaising between CSA and NASA Operations, engineering and Program group for, technical and operational activities and bilateral matters;• Facilitate the implementation of joint activities between CSSP groups, and their counterparts at NASA;• Implement a constructive, joint action problem-solving approach; resolves issues and monitor progress towards resolution.Represent CSA interests at strategic meetings and on-console during MSS operations and negotiate with NASA operations personnel to promote the interests and programmatic requirements of CSA, to influence strategic operational decisions both at NASA and CSA and conversely to obtain privileged information, in order to help CSA fulfill its operations mandate, mid- and long-term operational goals and objectives.Also Prepare and provide training to robotic ground controllers and Operations Engineering Center personal.Certified for CSA’s console in the ISS Management Center (IMC) at NASA's Mission Control Center and at CSA's Mission Operations Center:• Provide Canadian Space Station Program oversight over ISS real-time operations;Certified for Lead console in CSA Operations Engineering Center (OEC):• Console Leading OEC room during MSS operations
