Oversaw operation of Sports Radio 750 The Game. Responsible for execution of annual operating budget. Developed a growth strategy with social media to better connect with audience. Managed scheduling of staff and programming.Began with company as a news and traffic reporter for KXL radio. Eventually rose to Executive Producer of Lars Larson show. Responsible for production of six hours of live daily radio including local show and national show broadcast on Compass Media Networks.Took over control of 750 The Game in August of 2011. At that time the station had lost nearly half of the audience due to a frequency and band switch. (from FM to AM). Made strategic decisions for the improvement of the brand with the correct balance of local talk, national talk and play by play.At the time I took over day to day operations of 750 The Game they ranked 16th in Men 25-54 for the 6A-7P window. In under a year, the station rose to 6th in Men 25-54 during football season. Spearheaded social media growth; inherited a Facebook account with 2,700 likes. Grew that to over 49,000 likes in under three years. Had tremendous interaction on regular basis with the audience through use of Facebook and Twitter.

Worked under direction of Program Director. Served in field as a reporter for NBA and NCAA football. Produced PM drive talk show. Responsible for high level guest booking, show research, caller driven topics and worked closely with television production crew from Comcast Sportsnet for television simulcast of show.

Oversaw operations of two sports radio stations. Served as executive producer, sports reporter and talk show host. Traveled extensively providing coverage of Ohio State football and basketball, Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns. Performed many Program Directors duties including scheduling of staff, maintaining traffic logs and affidavits, website development and coaching of talent. Hosted pregame and postgame shows as well as regular fill in for PM drive.

Worked under direction of Program Director. Served in field as a reporter covering NFL ( Packers ), MLB ( Cubs, White Sox and Brewers ), NCAA football and basketball. Produced several studio shows that were a wide array of style. Began working on News Magazine shows that featured an intense focus on guest booking and topical content. Moved into daily talks shows with more of an emphasis on content, caller driven topics and theater of the mind production. Eventually added role of regular sports anchor on top of my full time producing schedule. Became regular anchor for nights and weekends national updates.

Worked under direction of Program Director. Served in field as a beat reporter covering MLB and NBA. Learned the basics of studio production including operation of control board, audio editing, phone screening and guest booking. Produced several weekend shows including Cleveland Browns pre and post games shows, Indians post game and High School Sports show.
