CurrentBernard Degroux co-founded White Bridge Mid Level Search in 2015 to focus primarily on identifying, assessing and selecting the perfectly fitting sales and marketing Talents in the Following Practices: Consumer Goods, Telecom, Industrial, Automotive, Banking and Logistics. Secondly, White Bridge operates in supporting SMEs and local subsidiaries of multinationals in their organizational optimization processes.Before co-founding White Bridge, he spent over 25 years in pan-European positions in the Consumer Goods, Retail and Luxury industries, initially in Marketing & Sales and later as CEO.He later worked as a consultant, helping SMEs to define and develop their business in Europe and in emerging Asian-Pacific countries, before being active as a senior partner in Executive Search and Organization Processes & Management Support ( Odgers Berndtson & Talentium )During the course of his career, Bernard Degroux has successfully addressed the following challenges: - Start-ups/rapid growth at Nespresso SA and Frisk International NV- Mergers & Acquisitions/Integration processes at Frisk International NV (Van Melle and Chupa Chups)- Managing market changes at L’Oréal- Staying ahead of the pack at Spadel and L’Oréal.One of Bernard’s key strengths is his ability to leverage the broad knowledge he has acquired working with fellow senior executives and board members in an international and multinational context, and to assess and gain a thorough understanding of client operations and their cultural environments, from start-ups to growth complexity. Bernard holds BAs from Antwerp and Southampton in the UK, and is an alumnus of Green Templeton College, Oxford University and member of the Belgian-Japanese Association. He is fluent in Dutch, French and English, with a good command of German.
