Executive leadership role with responsibility for building and maintaining strategic partnerships. It involved implementing joint ventures and alliances with key strategic partners and providing the point of contact for partner leaders. This position was accountable for supporting the business development efforts by integrating new partner relationships into ACT and growing the activity level of existing partnerships. This included governing the ACT – Pearson Joint Venture, ACT Aspire which grew from start-up to $35M in revenue in approximately 3 years. This effort required working directly with the JV's Board of Directors and also reporting out on a quarterly basis to ACT, Inc.’s Board of Directors. Due to a change in strategic direction, in late 2016 the decision was made to fully integrate the JV back into the parent organizations. My team led the successful integration efforts which were completed in April of 2017.

Monitored ACT Operations (Supply Chain and Logistics) processes for timeliness, efficiency, and effectiveness. The budget was approximately $90M which we were able to reduce 12% through the application of LEAN process improvement methodologies.

ORT transitioned to focusing on the Bridgestone Bandag franchise dealer network with software installed in over 400+ retread and commercial tire POS locations in North America and Canada. ORT was also heavily involved in the Field Force Automation arena, deploying point of sale handheld (wireless) computers for industry specific applications.
