The Charmed company was the early adaptor in the field of the Computer Telecommunications Integration (CTI). A call comes in and the appropriate screen pops up at the workers desk. That was a big thing those days. I took care of the service-desk, the special projects and the international projects. Some of the projects i have done are: The first Islamic bank of EU for the Cisco call manager voice-recording the EU Dell computers call center setup. The UE water company billing-system via a Charmed ivr.

Developing the private PBX marked for the region Amsterdam (5-50 user).
