Acting as a third-level support for the service desk team, acting as a backup for analysts and execution of incidents with the scope of infrastructure3. Create and maintain performance, consumption and capacity visualization mechanisms for the entire datacenter environment, accompanying the supplier in solving incidents of degradation or unavailability of resources in the environment4. Develop and make the infrastructure available as code, ensuring the appropriate levels of access and security boundaries in order to avoid errors or incidents resulting from misuse that could lead to accidental unavailability of the environment, the end user or others5. Monitoring the use and capacity of environments, monitoring and generating the respective dashboards and evaluation reports for management meetings6. Provide and maintain a structure of technical calls, in order to generate quantitative and qualitative metrics of service and infrastructure use
