I was the lead investigator and developer for copy-number variation analyses of targeted Next-Generation Sequencing data in the Pathology Department at Brigham and Women's Hospital. I developed mathematical models, computational algorithms, and performed statistical analyses to both assist in the department's pipeline, as well as, to improve somatic(mutation)-based variant calling.

I organized and managed the investigation of biological phenomena in cancer utilizing the quantitative skills developed during my collegiate and post-doctorate training. My investigations were primarily focused on microarray data, with an analytical emphasis on information and probability theory.

I investigated biomathematical models to better understand the intra-pancreatic islet, as well as build quantitative and analytical skills in Physics.
