Reporting to the President, the Vice President for Enrollment Management serves as a key member of the management team, responsible for providing strategic and innovative leadership in advancing and managing student enrollment strategies including plan implementation. The Vice President for Enrollment Management will ensure that institutional policies and practices provide fair and equitable treatment of all applicants and students, as well as ensure that all programs and services in the Division of Enrollment Management comply with relevant federal and state laws, and the City University of New York (CUNY) regulations and policies. The position requires a keen understanding of the higher education competitive setting, understanding of new student markets, developing innovative domestic and international recruitment strategies, setting strategic objectives, intensifying the use of technology, and optimizing the overall recruitment and enrollment process. It will be vitally important to lead the recruitment and retention efforts of a highly diverse and urban student population.

Collaborated with the Office of Academic Affairs to develop and implement the concept of the Academic Success Center, which ultimately will serve as the hub for providing students with academic and student support services; Provided leadership in the implementation of the Success Coach Model; implemented the college's 1st Annual Academic Advisement Bootcamp and Service Fair; Led a team of 11 full time professionals in the streamlining of academic and student support services for incoming and continuing students; Created/strengthened partnerships within and outside the College.
