Current• Creates report for the client and program monitoring o Client daily report includes breakdown of performance from previous day using google sheets and Compass data base as source of data for upload o Monitor and download report for number of applies received from job posting o Download report from client ATS to build reports of the programs’ weekly revenue, enter data using WPS and Microsoft Excel to complete the file o Upload weekly spread through PSG Compass • Assign leads from job posting equally to the programs team members daily • Compass job management o Parse jobs in compass o Ensure that Careers page has been updated and approved o Moved jobs on the right status based on the updated received from client • Sources resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites, etc.• Make recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.
