As senior acquisition at the National Archives of the Netherlands I am responsble for the transference of government records to the National Archives. In this way I contribute to the accountability of the dutch government.

As senior consultant records management at DOCFactory it is my mission to aid organisations (both in the government as in the private sector) to improve their information household. In this way these organisations can comply with their legal obligations in this respect, but foremost they can work more efficiently with their records and information.

The Culture Council (Raad voor Cultuur) is the advisory board on cultural matters for the dutch government. The Special Committee on Archives advises mainly on matters concerning archival appraisal, so that the interests of future archival research, civil governance and the needs of good recordkeeping in the organisations of provenance can be reconciled.
