I founded Solar Clases Particulares, an institutededicated to help University students and companies on a broad field of topics and strengths, including basic science, informatics, languages and humanistic topics. It continues its activities in Argentina.

During my stay at Novartis in 2016, I self-triggered a first on its kind collaboration between my home University and Novartis. I went back to Novartis campus in Basel to perform High Throughput Screening assays in order to find novel drugs and drug targets.https://www.novartis.com/stories/discovery/open-resources-novartis-help-drive-innovation

During my post-doc at the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology I was focused in finding new drugs against the mycobacterial Acyl-CoA Carboxylases; which have been proven to be an interesting target to treat tuberculosis disease. For that I was primarily focused in High Throughput Screening assays among other techniques.

I was selected to be part of the Novartis Next Generation Scientist program (20 interns from different countries), dictated by Novartis and the university of Basel. I worked during three month in Novartis Campus in Basel, performing metabolomics experiments to understand the role of a cancer-related enzyme. Also, during that program I received intensive training to improve personal capabilities such us leadership, communication skills and coaching

I worked in a interdisciplinary lab, manly focused in understanding the biology of M. tuberculosis, the etiological agent of tuberculosis. I primarily developed skills in Microbiology and in vitro Biochemistry.

During my PhD, I visited three times the Institute of Pharmacology and Structural Biology in Toulouse, France. I stayed three months each time in the context of a scientific collaboration between our lab in Argentina and the University Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
