This program helps executives and entrepreneurs to recover their valuable energy and control of their agenda to achieve higher levels of performance and results for the leader and for their organization, without losing their personal and family harmony.Resume I'm not proud of:In high school I was suspended 3 timesIn 12th grade, I didn't study for the math exam because I had a good high school average and I had 13 on the exam that lowered me enough to not go to college and the course I wanted.I ended up in my 4th option - Management and Accounting at ISCAL - and in the first two semesters I only went to the Introduction to Law course and only passed through many study assistants.During that year, I switched from morning classes to boat trips and afternoons to casino sessions with a group of "friends" who I haven't known about in years. In an eagerness to prove that I was smarter than the casino, I spent all the money I had and still borrowed some. When my father demanded money from the rent on his boat and I had nothing to give him, I cried a lot on the shoulders of my girlfriend Rita (my wife and the mother of our 6 daughters) and asked him for a loan to pay my dad.At 19, I realized that there is no easy money and I created Sea Emotion with my father to monetize his sailboat and other owners.
