I lead the recruitment team and advised the company, with the objective of promoting its development and growth. I'm responsible for the employer brand and cultural transformation, promoting new talent and motivating the development of employees through new policies and improvements within the area.

I was a consultant on human capital and its policies, I did HR selection, organization charts and organizational coaching.

As head of HR, I worked with the decentralized entities of the Ministry (INTA, Senasa, Inidep, Inase and INV) promoting improvements and new Human Resources policies. In addition, I was the link with the Ministry of Modernization of the Nation and I was in charge of the readjustment of its organization chart and its decentralized areas.

I was in charge of establishing the area's strategy. I was responsible for the management of the hard and soft variables of the business. I was also in charge of union relations and the implementation of HR improvements.

I was responsible for the area in the entire Latin American region, with the implementation of the Talent Screening Program, Management Resources Review and the tools to evaluate potential and development.I was also in charge of:- The alignment of Training Programs according to business needs.- The establishment of Special Coaching Plans for replacement staff.- Engagement Survey management and implementation of action plans for each country in the region.- The design and implementation of the compensation strategy.- The adequacy of the salary structure for each country.- Relationship with Unions.- Talent Management Acquisition development.I would like to highlight our participation in the global HR "Change Management" project (Project Connect) for all of Latin America.

I was in charge of staff administration, compensation and training. I was in charge of detecting staffing needs and talent selection. I managed corporate reporting, Exxel Group's Due Diligence and developed compensation for Argentina and Uruguay.
