Responsible for technical specification development of all truck applications. Assist in preparation of Requests for Proposals for NYC Bid Invitations. Maximize competition by using alternate sources in the industry and negotiating prices. Coordinate with the manufacturers sales engineering team for applicable technical specification configuration in a timely and efficient manner.Take on a variety of tasks to support sales representatives when they are in the field. Handle incoming calls and correspondence, alerting reps to any urgent issues. Update reps on order status and delivery details so that they can keep customers informed. Arrange appointments for the sales team and supply any presentation or product information that reps need for meetings.

Identify the needs of the customer and provide an opportunity to present, demonstrate and build value in the products and services that was offered in a professional manner. Create and maintain customer leads to facilitate and strength relationships on a daily basis. Assist customer in all areas of finance through industry standard credit qualifications and evaluation procedures. Prepare vehicle for delivery promptly and complete a final walk around with the customer.
