In charge of Account Payable, Account Receivables, Treasury and Cost Control in Brazil reporting to General Manager and CFO in Canada. The Local Books are made by third party company under my supervision.Account Payable:• Review and send to the General Manager and CFO for approval all invoices to be paid to the General Manager and CFO;• Relationship with Bradesco Manager;• Approve on line all invoices to be paid – Master Profile.Account Receivables:• Issue Brazilian Invoices and USD invoices to be sent to the Client - Client billing;• Relationship with Petrobras Fiscal and Total;• Controlling the Account Receivables.Treasury:• Bank Reconciliation;• Preparing the Cash Flow to be sent to the General Manager and CFO weekly;• Relationship with Bradesco Manager;• Controlling the Petty Cash;• Approve, Change and Delete all payments on Bradesco system to be paid – Master Profile;Cost Control:• In charge of Budged and Forecast;• Cost Control – Explain the variance: Actual vs Forecast;• Balance Sheet Control;• In charge of the Unbilled;• Controlling the Purchase Order;• Controlling the expense Report to be paid – Off Shore and Onshore;• Supporting Managers on financial issues.
