I am in charge of the Large Industries division of Air Liquide in Japan, Korea, and Australia. Large Industries serves the largest company customers in the Chemical, Metal, and Refinery markets. The production of our products is capital and energy intensive and our sales are regulated by long term supply contract and customer relations.In this position, in my divisional and geographical scope, I am leading the long term strategy formulation, the business development, the energy management, the Industry 4.0 transformation, and the industrial management performance (safety, reliability, and efficiency).I am a member of the investment project review committee. I am currently assessing the strategic implications related to energy transition and developing the roadmap for my geographical scope My teams are also transforming our plants with an increased level of automation: in this framework scope include the Remote Operations Center in Kuala Lumpur, from which our plants are monitored, and optimized.
