o Supervise all the facets of business development along with sales in Northern Latin America (this region concerns mainly Venezuela, as well as Ecuador, Peru, Argentina, Brasil, Trinidad & Tobago, Surinam & Mexico with the area extending to other close countries like Peru & Ecuador) offering the best solution to our each customers own set of unique needs based not only optimization, but also product performance in addition to the organizing of prospecting campaigns & lead generation for our business development programs.o Conduct meetings with high-level representatives of key accounts in the region & lobby governmental as well as associations to ease business development also handle the management of PCM current distribution channels in the region along with being an active participant to local oil & gas exhibitions. o Orchestrate marketing & strategic planning to develop the region in a fast profitable manner with the ability to finance it implements business plans on targeted countries, through the reinforcement of existing or implementation of new partnership and/or thru the creation of local PCM entities while ensuring that sales reporting is completed by deadline along with working in conjunction with tender and the project team to follow up with all sales activities in the region.

o In charge of the coordination, supervision of the support service team, maintaining PCM equipment, quality control, failure analysis, the preparation as well as the review of wells design, technical reference in Oman for all customers combined with providing training and support to our PCM customer(s).o Ensured the organization along with the supervision of inventory, parts as well as the organizing of our workshop team while efficiently managing a team of Field Engineer(s)/Field Technician(s) whom were conducting PCP service job(s) on call out or rotation basis in Oman who are responsible for the following tasks; inventory management, design, installation, troubleshooting, preventive also corrective maintenance, monitoring, optimization, failure analysis, test bench and training.o Oversaw the prompt follow up of preventive/corrective maintenance required by the client through SAP, verified rigorous reporting to client which included the PCM in combination with guarantying PCM service quality (strict control of procedure, KPI, tools, reporting.)o Conduct regular audit & training on site for PCM service team, ensure the best online (phone) support to operations 24/7, handled the local claim records, management along with follow up while serving as a technical reference for PCM in the country (PCP design and optimization).o Selected as the Failure Analysis Coordinator, carried out the rigorous tracking of PCM equipment’s performance in the country, provided training to client, participated in business development (responsible for PCM technical offers in the country) which also included visiting key customers, attending optimization meetings to give PCM input about clients PCM design and choices on a regular basis which aided in the confirmation of proper operation, maintenance of machines as well as tools at the workshop.o Governed the control along with the organization of inventory for spare parts, consumable and tools at the workshop.

o Headed up the technical support, supervised field operations, tear down, PCM design, inventory, customer field requirements, coordinating and assisting in installation(s), commissioning, optimization, troubleshooting data collection of all metal PC pumping systems as per contract along with managing field operations as well as providing aid in pump inspections and failure analysis. o Directed the monitoring of wells under the maintenance contract, kept track of all inventory ensuring to order more inventory as needed, designed PCM pump(s) for our customer(s), performed PPT (pump pressure tests) combined with the production optimization as agreed to between OXY well analyst and PCM engineers.o In charge of the training of our customer(s) also technician(s) about all metal PCP, equipment, accessories, best practice, etc. while maintaining the field track, managing the operational monthly reports, HSE and weekly activities report. o Prepared installation(s) and generated tear down reports.

o Served as the technical support along with the supervisor of field operations, tear down, customer field requirements along with the coordinating and assisting in installation(s), commissioning, optimization, troubleshooting data collection of PC pumping systems as per contract (C6, 8.6.)o Managed all faucets of field operations, provided aid in pump inspections as well as failure analysis, the monitoring of wells under the maintenance contract and the coordinating the shooting of fluid levels with Field Technicians.o Fulfilled successful PPT (Pump Pressure Tests) in addition to performing production optimization as agreed to between PDO Area Programmers and Applications Engineer.

o Executed the evaluation of system cost, durability, manufacturing, servicing along with design constraints, supervised customer needs from concept through engineering and manufacturing to reality which ultimately led to customer satisfaction combined with providing technical support, supervising field operations all while developing and superintending our Colombian PCP project.o Conducted cost evaluation, bid documentation, identified the best option to satisfy customer needs while working in a team with the plant to offer the best application. o Oversaw the development and supervision of Tierra Alta Colombia PCP project with a focus on satisfying our customer by giving them the best technical support possible also conducted training and design through PC pump design software.

o Headed up the designing of the drive heads, pumps in addition to equipment for PCP manufacturing while generating then executing preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment at the PCP plant manufacturing. o Prepared all aspects of the layout along with all the main supplies to install into the different PCP manufacturing machines (degreasing machine, bonding room, Autoclave, rubber injection unit, CNC, chroming process, polish machine, Lab and testing equipment, test bench, etc.) o Directed the installation as well as the setup of the PCP manufacturing production line while utilizing daily basic design tools as Pro Engineer, AutoCAD, 3D max, Siemens S7-300 to fulfill a significant amount of my tasks.
