There, they can find the company's standards, download and use project templates, and get resources for their team.

- Implemented many features that were crucial to the company's business, such as: >Login and registration flows; >Editable profile pages; >Administration panel; >Cart page with invoice generator; >Sales list with the option to pre-order a product; >Live streaming page with chat; >Landing pages;- Automation of a logistical process for managing specialty coffee samples;- Creation of a specialty coffee cupping online system as a new product. - Technical and cultural interviews with candidates for internship;- Strategic follow-up using OKR methodology;- Structured the development team, where we applied SCRUM and organized our processes. I also acted as the product owner.

- Human Resources: acting on the strategy of the company, Use of OKRs, monitoring of the team and goals with the tactical department, negotiations with partner companies. Work as an advisor and later as manager of the selection process team, organizing the stages and evaluating candidates.- Project Area: Working as a technology consultant with electronic projects (Arduino), web development (Node.js and MongoDB), and electrical projects (AutoCAD2D). - Marketing Area: Experience with Inbound Marketing (Social Networks, Google Analytics and content producer), knowledge of business strategy and the OKR methodology.
