I have always liked taking care of people and providing the best service I can. When I started working I quickly realized that building and creating a relationship with my customers was the best way to reach my goals, I always make sure to take care of any issues or questions that somebody may have because I learned threw my years of experience a confused customer will never be satisfied. Some of the skills that have helped me in my jobs in being able to speak both English and Spanish this helped me to reach a bigger audience that allowed me to gain more knowledge and experience because I had to know ins and outs of the product I was offering in both languages that made me a more successful sales consultant. In my 3 years of experience I’ve learned how to diffuse situations, how to provide outstanding customer service, different sales strategies, how to work in a team environment as well as many other skills. Currently I am looking for new opportunities where I can continue to grow my skill set and also grow alongside a new company.
